Linda Dabeau has been awarded both national and international commissions in sculpture and liturgical designs. She works in multiple mediums such as bronze, stone, fired clay, cast metals, glass and wood. She creates one of a kind sculptures as well as having limited editions. Her sculptures range from 24 inches to life size and monumental.

Her spiritually inspired sculptures skillfully incorporate her own appreciation for liturgy, experience based knowledge of materials and techniques, and the spiritual needs and beliefs of the community through a down-to-earth dialogue with church leadership, congregation members and the architect.

Her innate desire to create works that remain approachable and maintain heartfelt connections with church members allows her to adjust her personal creative expression to fill the requirements of each commission.

Her sensitivity to the needs of the community grew out of her personal experiences and her natural compassion for others. A keen observer of nature, Dabeau is able to capture the wind and render flowing water within the billowing robes of her standing figures. Her erudition in the areas of human anatomy and portraiture allow Dabeau to symbolically breathe life into images of the Holy Virgin and the Christ Child.
